On September 4 at Napleton Buick Inc., now named as D'Andrea Buick Inc.,  (“Napleton / D'Andrea”) the dealer claimed the 1999 Ford Taurus was under one-hundred-percent warranty, full warranty. But it deliberately did not give me the warranty paper along with other documents.

After I found out the warranty paper was missing, I called Napleton / D'Andrea immediately. For more than two months Napleton/ D'Andreafailed to send me the original warranty paper.

Napleton / D'Andrea sent me a fax, completely change the content of the warranty  afterwards, also back-dated it as September 2 of 2003.
